A clear place
You don't need a fancy gym or an expensive exercise machine to get the important health benefits of exercise.

Just a clear bare space in which you can move freely in your house. This usually means clearing off some floor space in a single room and keeping it clear except for things that won't get in your way (lamps, chairs, smart tv, etc.).

Exercise routines
How often you should exercise depends on your age, health and fitness goals, as well as your schedule. Setting aside time for exercise every day is ideal. Initially try to do 10 minutes of aerobic exercise three times a week and build from there until you reach 30 minutes of exercise five days a week.

You may want to start out at home first and then build up by adding more vigorous exercises outdoors when you are ready.

The basic idea is always to push yourself to the limit. You will never know your limit until you reach it.

There are many kinds of ecercise you can do without expensive equipments. In this article, I'm going to show you some that are effective, but easy.

Stretching is one of the most overlooked ways to improve your health and your outlook on life. And now you can experience all the benefits without ever leaving the comfort of your home.

So stretch out, put on some good music, and enjoy this simple workout that will leave you feeling invigorated and relaxed.

3. Strength
Push ups is highly recommended for you. Not only is there no equipment needed, push-ups can be done anywhere and anytime. Push-ups build upper and lower body strength as well as core strength.

When I say "push ups", I mean regular military style push ups with your hands directly under your shoulders and keeping your back straight. If you're not strong enough yet for regular military style push ups, then use whatever variation of a handstand push up that makes it possible for you to do the exercise right now.

You need to start doing push ups in your daily life, so you can build up to doing more than 20 in one set. You have to start by being able to do one push up right now.

Trying to do too many push ups at the beginning will just lead you to quit when it gets too difficult and you won't be able to progress.
