3. Establish Routines And Strategies To Manage Negative Self-Talk
People who struggle with depression often engage in negative self-talk. This is a way of thinking that leads to negative feelings of worthlessness, hopelessness and helplessness.

“I will fail forever.”
“I can never do anything right.”
“I should give up!"
This type of thinking often leads to depression and other mental health issues.

The good way to deal with negative thought is by thinking positive.
Firstly, set a goal in your mind. What is your goal?
Let's start with small goal. Completing simple tasks can also be your goal too.
For example you can start by posting a new short article in your blog, share your new blog post on Twitter, upload your new short video on Youtube, etc.
Of course you need to write a 2000 words article to improve your blog's SEO (if you have a blog). However, start small is better than nothing. Do something to keep your momentum up.
Motivation requires action and action requires motivation too. Keep doing your small tasks until your motivation is getting higher.
When your motivation to get success is hungrier in your heart, that is the cue for you to put more effort to get a bigger goal.
Push yourself to be the best or you'll be pushed to be the worst.
